Having been more than twenty years in the industry , we continue steadily to improve our products/quality and services as one of the market leaders today.
Carburizing process increases surface hardness and wear resistance, as the core remains rough and ductile.
Shot Peening to all or any Components
All Omega’s conveyor chain parts are very well shot peened, as a way to increase component life.
Ultimate Material Specification
New materials specification with better strength in chain breaking load, yet is still the most cost-effective choice.

Transmission Sprocket Installation
1. Install the transmission sprocket (with belt) on the key drive equipment. 2. Install the sprocket nut. The following procedure is founded on whether a fresh or used nut is being installed. Note: The Transmission Sprocket nut has kept handed threads. Turn the nut counterclockwise to set up on the primary drive gear. Sprocket Nut: apply reddish thread lock to the threads of the sprocket nut. Likewise smear a small quantity of reddish thread lock or clean engine oil inside facial area of the sprocket nut and the outside facial area of the sprocket. Limit the application to where in fact the surfaces of the two parts contact one another. Install the sprocket nut until finger limited. 3. Obtain Final Drive Sprocket Locking Device (BAKER P/N: Tool-C) to lock tranny sprocket. Proceed as follows: A. Insert deal with of program below pivot shaft inboard of bottom frame tube and attach to sprocket. B. Snug thumbscrew to lock location of instrument on sprocket. 4. Obtain Mainshaft Locknut Wrench/Pilot (BAKER P/N: Tool-D). Proceed as follows: A. Install pilot on threaded end of mainshaft. B. Slide sleeve of locknut wrench over pilot and onto sprocket nut. C. Tighten sprocket nut to 60 ft-lbs. (81 Nm). As the nut is normally tightened the deal with of the sprocket locking instrument rises to contact the pivot shaft, thereby stopping sprocket/mainshaft rotation. 5. Scribe a straight series on the tranny sprocket nut continuing the line over onto the transmission sprocket. Tighten the transmission sprocket nut an additional 35 to 40 degrees. 6. Install lockplate over nut in order that the two diagonally opposite holes align with two tapped holes in sprocket. To find the best match, lockplate could be rotated to several positions and can be placed with either side facing sprocket. 7. If holes in lockplate usually do not align with those in sprocket, tighten sprocket nut as required (up to 45 degrees maximum) until sprocket and lockplate holes will be in alignment.
